Solve-It! Marketing Company must make money in order to remain in business and provide services to inventors.  We do so through a combination of fees for services we perform, commissions on products we sell and royalties on licenses we secure for inventions.

Fee Schedule

Service	Fee
Review of finished products requiring distribution or inventions for licensing	$75.00 (refundable) per item.  Please see FAQ sheet for complete explanation.
Licensing solicitations	Refundable fee of $75.00 per man hour or a fixed fee (turnkey) basis, plus 25% of royalty.  Please see Licensing Services section for complete explanation.
All other marketing or administrative services (packaging, warehousing, accounting, invoicing, collections, shipping, etc.)	Quoted on project requirements.

Commissions

Solve-It! Marketing Company earns a negotiated commission (15-20%) on all products sold through our representatives or otherwise to distributors, retailers, catalogues, OEMs, jobbers, etc.

Solve-It! Marketing Company earns the standard margin allowed by the manufacturer's price list on all retail sales (sales to consumers through our web site or 877 #).

Royalties

Solve-It! Marketing Company earns a 25% share of any cash licensing fee, minimum guaranteed payments and/or periodic royalty payments when we are successful in locating a licensee for an invention.  Out of our share, we refund 100% of any hourly fee or fixed fee paid to us to secure a license.  See Licensing Services for a complete explanation.
